JSSA Warrior, Heinrich Carstens still going strong.

After a December break, Heinrich Carstens (16) is again hard at work, striving to complete the Seal WOD training programme. In week 5 on day one he completed the following in just 40 minutes:

10 tricep push ups

10 regular push ups

10 wide grip push ups

7 sit ups

7 reverse crunches

7 half situps

All of the above in one 2 minute set x 20 sets.
